Q: If you are a half size do you order up or down?

I am not a 1/2 size, my shoes are 7s, I bought size 7 and they fit perfectly. I have 2 pairs, for both my pairs of running shoes, and both fit great. If you’re concerned, I’d order bigger, because the heel could be trimmed shorter, but I didn’t have that experience.

it doesn’t bend at all, it’s completely rigid but not at all uncomfortable because it bends *behind* the steel.

Q: Are these for people with no toes to fit a shoe?

They are to limit motion in the forefoot.

Q: I wear a 6.5, can a7 be trimmed to fit?
