Very good worth buying
What I liked :- The way it is built is really strong and good.- I like that it is metal, I used a plastic one before and it used to leak water drops.- The water flow is so soft and strong.- It is universal with most kinds of sprayers, I was able to connect my old hose and sprayer to it.What I didn't like :- The valve switch is very strong, it is hard to move it sometimes (and the metal almost cut my finger of its sharpness)What I used it for :For my bathroom regular faucet sink, and I was really glad it fit perfectly.

THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT. I HOPE THEY CONTINUE TO MANUFACTURE PRODUCTS. WOULD DEFINITELY BUY IT AGAIN. THE BIDET SPRAYER IS AWESOME!!ALSO BOUGHT THE FAUCET GARDEN HOSE ADAPTER. IT HAS BEEN SUCH A GREAT HELP. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEIR PRODUCTS! GREAT QUALITY!

Looking very good but the swish on/off is too sharp

Fit my standard sized faucet and washer hose!
I removed the aerator on my standard-size faucet and the diverter easily screwed on in its place. I added the adapter (comes with this diverter) and the washing machine hose fit! No additional products needed, just the diverter and the hose and there was no leaking. I just had to screw the washing machine hose on tight with a tool and then the hose didn't leak. This has been quite the process for me to figure out but the diverter was the easiest step!

diverter lever will break loose in few months,
this is second i ordered from same seller so far, and lever wears out in few months and will break loose

It works
I was in the process of returning the product because it was leaking, but since I tightened too much trying to solve the leaking, I had to grab tools to disconnect from my hose, by doing this I realized that the rubber washer came out of place, and obviously that was why it was leaking, so I fixed it, by starting connecting the 3/4 hose adapter first, and then the rest, and also being careful of not over do it, and now it's working perfectly. Also notice that one of the pieces has an allen wrench shape inside. It's better to use tools and be careful about how tight needs to be.

Solid construction, smooth lever
One of the better spray handles I have come across. Quick install, no leaks, and metal construction inspires confidence. Two distinguishing features that I like: (1) the water volume is not proportional to the displacement of the lever, avoiding the water burst that comes with pressing the lever too far too quickly; (2) the lever movement is very smooth without the feel of plastic on plastic movement.
