This is 1/2 the price of the precut ones. Thanks.** A: Yes, this material makes great shoe inserts. As others have said, it is extremely easy to cut with a dremel tool. You just have to choose the thickness based on what you want to achieve. I found that the thickness of this material is very comparable to the same thickness precut insert.
