What can I say but yum?
Make sure to cut off the sinewy casing ends to prevent having one land on your plate. Unless you like extended chewing. The Spanish chorizo taste, strong and peppery, is excellent.

TRUE CHORIZOS
Great to have found these true tasting Chorizos. Hard to find the real deal taste here in Central Florida area. We love these in our Split Pea Soup !

Me ha gustado su sabor. Huele a España y si lo cortas en trocitos para hacer unas lentejas o alubias, consigues ese saborcito español.Por poner un pero... Me gustaría que fuera un poco más grande.

Very small, smell badly
The smell right out of the package is stale and they are somewhat dried, but that was expected. Luckily I was using these for paella so the chorizo took on other flavors, but i would not eat these on their own.Somewhat dry, and smaller than expected. I will not be purchasing again
