He really likes this book!
My husband said he needed this textbook for a class he’s taking, so I ordered it for him. I was at work when it arrived. When I got home that evening, he said he was going to keep the book when the class was over because it has so many interesting recipes in it. It’s thick and has recipes and “How to” instructions. I’m glad my husband likes it! Good investment for someone who wants to learn and loves to cook(like my husband).

Fantastic!!!
I purchased this text to assist me in culinary school. I was not expecting it to arrive so quickly. It is a new text and costs only 1/3 the price of the E-texts my school provides. Best part is, I can have the accounting office refund the E-book costs to my account by showing I have the hard back book- AND, unlike the E-book, the hardback never expires. Thank you Amazon!

Great Book
This was a required text book for my Garde Manger class at the Art Institute of Culinary Arts. So, It was a must buy. All-in-all it's a great tool to have in my library of books to use a guide and reference. Great illustrations.

Must Have for Culinary Pros
I'm a culinary student and this was a book provided in online form but I opted to purchase the book and I'm glad I did. It's easy to read, the recipes are fantastic (minus chicken galantine but that's just my opinion) and it's a great addition to my cookbook library!
