I mean what can I say it's velcro it has a sticky back and I cut off pieces that I want to use and it's available for me for all types of different projects. I really love this stuff!

Glue on fuzzy side liquified after 6 months!
I got the beige brand-name Velcro to put a small low back cushion at waist height on my nice new vinyl office/gaming chair. After about 6 months, it fell off, taking both sides of the velcro with it. The glue on the fuzzy side had turned into a slimy gray goo. It has been difficult to get off the creme-colored chair. Trying to figure out what glue to use on it to fix it, and how to best get the existing goo off the chair and tape without damaging the chair or tape.Oddly, the hook side on the back of the cushion (with the same vinyl) is fine. This is in a room that is 73Ā° +/- 3Ā° year around.It seems Velcro had a bad batch and unloaded it on Amazon....What else could have caused it?
