Perfect Companion Book
This book arrived in perfect condition and is very informative. This is the perfect companion book for the Apprentice Wizard's Grimoire. I look forward to using it in conjunction with the classes I will be taking at GSW.

Much better than the first one
This review is of both the book and the Grey school. The book alone is too much info. It's like buying a Boy Scout handbook and giving it to a kid but not letting them join Scouts. I bought this book and signed up for the school. The book is great when working with the school. The book seems a bit too pagan, but the school is fine with the fact that I'm a Christian. I don't read the spells, but use prayers and verses from the Bible with the same affects. It teaches kids to think for themselves and to look at the world from a different perspective than they would get otherwise. I'll be letting all of my kids go through this program, as it is more open minded than Boy Scouts and will let them focus on what they like; science, plants, etc. I do think the book is too religious, even though they try to pretend it is not and the author comes across and a little odd but fun. It's a great introduction to a larger world you will not get without the school. But, you can use this book as a starting point then just buy lots of other books that will take you down the path you are actually interested in.

Great expansion Text
This is another one of Oberon's great works. This book is similar to the Grimoire but expands in a direction not in the first book. The lessons are set kind of the same, by colors, but are expanded to give you more hands on things rather than reading lessons. The first book has some practical mixed in but this book is practical. There are many exercises and projects to do. These are lessons within lessons in this book. These are the lessons and tests for the apprentice wizard. These are the foundations on which to build your magickal knowledge. For those that also find this book interesting check out the Grey School online to see if the path of the wizard is for you. This book offers lesson input from current members of the Grey School. As I am a student there I also understand that this book is becoming required reading to complete studies there. If you feel the pull of magick and wizardy, Don't fight it, check out the school and it's publications and maybe you'll find that the pull is not a pull but a longing to complete yourself.

I would easily state that this book is excellent source of knowledge ...
This book is very informative. It is very clearly written and full of exciting projects. I would easily state that this book is excellent source of knowledge for those wishing to begin the path of wizardry. It is written in a fun and imaginative way that makes it perfectly safe for young adults who live in a magical household or want to. It thoroughly answers many questions a beginning student might have. A wonderful, enjoyable read that should be in every intelligent persons library whether they wish to be a wizard or not.

The proofreader ought to be fired...
I don't have much to say about content, other than my personal discomfort towards the provocative drawings of witches in lingerie; most of my irk comes from the proofreader's shoddy work. There are words run together, missing words, extra words, proofreader's marks, collating symbols, pictures that cover text, and pictures so pixelated you can't tell what they are...it almost feels as though someone forgot a step or two in the publishing process. Either I got a bad copy or someone didn't do their job correctly. It's very, very distracting. Five stars for content, but three for flow.

Excellent Read
Decided to get it to complete the set.I'm glad I did. Expands the information from the previous book and adds even more useful information to work with.

Wonderful for your Apprentices
Clear and thoughtfully written sections further explaining the work Zell-Ravenheart put forth in his “Grimoire” and I believe even more invaluable, especially when presenting this kind of material to a younger or first-timer audience. Together with the first book make a great pair.

More to take in.
So many pages it starts to get very tedious & tiring to the eyes, & yet still informative.

Quite disappointed with the packaging of the book
Quite disappointed with the packaging of the book, it arrived quite damaged which was slightly disappointing. The shipping took longer than usual as well for some reason, overall it is okay.

Great book on how to be a wizard.
Great companion book to Grimore for the Apprentice Wizard. The information in this book is what a real wizard needs to know. A good place to start to become a wise person since that is the real meaning of a wizard. Good buy.
