Update: the problem was me, as I moved it to the yard and stared at it sadly from my window because the pump sounded too loud and I decided to leave it unplugged and be a stationary bird bath I realized the piece that sits on the basin bowl was in no way shape or form lined up in the middle and there was a huge pocket gap, which definitely would’ve made the noise, I just couldn’t see it until I was far away and could see the alignment to the top of the fountain lol moral of the story all is well now and it’s fine lol So, this fountain is cute. I originally was going between this and a regular one that doesn’t flow, I decided a tri tier might be cute if it works out. It was easy to assemble but the instructions made it harder, put the bottom foot disc on last, it’s easier to string the electrical cable through there that way. When I plugged it in it was loud, I’ve had fish most my life so a filter motor doesn’t bother me too much, this thing was loud and I couldn’t get over it. I’ll probably leave it unplugged in my yard and hide the cable. It’s not worth the trouble to me to drain it, dry it, break it back down and send it back for a single level basic one. They have a how to in the booklet on fixing it if it’s loud but the motor is the first piece you instal and its hard to fit the screws into the base piece for the motor, the cable on the inside makes it not wanna lay down enough to touch the screw holes, I had to have my bf help me screw them in while I pushed it down. It’s cute, just not worth the trouble in my case.

This is one of those products that from the pictures look appealing and theoretically should work nicely. Unfortunately this fountain was not up to par with what was expected. It is made of very cheap flimsy plastic that shifts easily. The pump appears to be among the lowest flow ratings for the size it is. However, I decided to give it a chance and assemble it per the instructions. When screwing the sections together it took several attempts to get the treads to align well to set straight. With a few attempts it can be done. Once Finally all together I plugged the unit in and the very small pump sounded like it was straining to cause the water to flow even though I filled with water first and let sit a few minutes before turning it on. The pump actually sits a bit too high which is a part of the problem as is it needs to be submerged much deeper than it is. Once the water began to trickle it became obvious that the tiers were not level any more so than the basin the water recycles from. No matter how many attempts to level the unit the water would never flow down evenly from the tiers. After an hour of frustration trying to get it leveled I gave up. This is not a good product in my opinion and is not something I would suggest to others to purchase. Hopefully a return will be accepted once I disassemble it especially since I ordered two in different colors for my garden.

Good value; Easy to assemble, except leveling (a minor issue). Good choice for budget minded if you want tio crerate a nice zen space or want to preview a design idea without spending 10-20x more on a fountain. Does the job well. This is outside of my front door amid container plants. Hummingbirds lke it.

Pretty easy to set up. Only complaint is that it doesn’t sit flat. Even the bottom piece is curved so it rocks if you bump into it. Needs to be weighed or nailed down. I put it on my porch balcony, so i can’t use the stakes it came with to stick it in the ground, though i’m sure they would help. Took several minutes and adding more water before it flowed at a good pace, but it ended up really nice. I am planning to glue some of the upper pieces together to make them sit more evenly.

Its not really worth the money. Its plastic and it doesn't stand right. Its lopsided. After plugging in, it will take approximately 15-20 minutes to start running. The motor is hard to get to after unscrewing the tiers. I missed my return window, so i'm stuck with it. On the other hand, if you are still looking to purchase this fountain, it has a nice color and it does look nice, but I wish I would've bought a different fountain.

I’ve had this fountain over a year now and it still works great! The water sounds very natural and attracts a lot of birds to my balcony that won’t visit my feeders (warblers, cedar waxwings, robins, etc). The goldfinches love it the most and even hummingbirds will use it! Larger birds don’t really bathe it in because the top tier is a little small, but they’ll drink out of it. Because I get a lot of birds, I have to clean it daily. I just unscrew the plastic tiers, dump out the water, wipe it down and refill and put it back together again. If I don’t do that eventually the pump gets clogged with muck and the water will stop flowing. I like that it’s light and not heavy, so it makes that whole process easier. I have it hooked up to a smart plug so I just tell Alexa to turn it off and on when I’m cleaning it. My balcony is graded and not perfectly level, so it doesn’t sit perfectly straight, but I don’t mind. Overall I think this fountain is a great value and would highly recommend!

I recently purchased a beautiful bird bath and I am extremely happy with my purchase! The color, bronze, is just stunning and adds a lovely touch to my garden. I love to sit and meditate by the bird bath, listening to the peaceful sound of water. It's a great way to unwind and relax. Not only do I love my bird bath, but the birds love it too! Whenever I take it outside, the birds flock to it and it's such a joy to watch them splash around in the water. My neighbors have also complimented me on how lovely it looks and how much they enjoy watching the birds using it. Overall, I highly recommend this bird bath to anyone looking for a beautiful and functional addition to their garden. Whether you're using it for meditation or simply to attract birds, you won't be disappointed!

Buy the 3 year warranty because it only lasted 3 months. Cute the first week but then the pump started clogging up. You have to clean the algae out every other day. It's electric, not solar. Very flimsy and uneven. Only lasted 3 months before the pump died.

¡La mejor compra! Es bellisima, nunca creerías que es de plástico. Entre más agua tenga, mas bonito es el sonido y la altura del chorro central. Para nivelarla sugiero usar un poco de foamy grueso en el piso, yo tambien usé un cachito de lámina delgada de foamy para poner entre los platos. Una vez logrado este punto, a disfrutarla. Sugiero comprar el clarificador de la marca y colocarle gotitas.

Assembled and did not work! Cheap plastic. Tried everything and did not work. Returning item. Very disappointed

A little disappointed in the quality, however the value is in the pricing. Easy assse buy, looks good in the garden!
