Q: Currently, does this brush come with a travel tin?

Its is a case, but made a cardboard. Definitaly more of a tube than a tin. It has held up ok in my travel kit, but wouldn't stand up to lots of direct moisture

Q: How hard are the bristles on the brush?

Medium Hard. Firm enough to ‘feel’ the brush through your beard, yet not so hard as to make you bleed. (Perfect to scratch an insect bite itch as well.)

Q: Anyone found a container to transport the brush in? The tin is nice but very large. Want to toss in backpack and not ruin the bristles. Thanks

The tin size is not too large, this tin would not damage the bristles.
