I'd use the older quantum tablets which were also excellent, the gel which was rubbish and I wouldn't recommend at all, and now these which are simply superb. They are able to scrub all my mug which has a week's worth of tea stains clean every time without leaving any stains or marks. They are not quite tablets, rather they are a small sealed bag containing each component physically separated, this makes them a little bulky as you have to fold them in order to squeeze them into the detergent compartment.
