Easy To Find On The Ground
I like these better than the aluminum Snap Caps, which scratch so easily. And with the bright tips these are easier to find on the ground. Bought a set for my 9mm (bright green tip) and like them equally well. Great for training pistol students in immediate action drills.

Work as they should as Dummy Rounds.
These work well on a S&W 45 M&P Shield M2.0 for T-R-B and clearing drills.They are NOT snap caps. The indent at the primer is to prevent damageto a firing pin, so dry firing with these is like dry firing with an empty chamber.Neon tips prevent mistaking live rounds for practice rounds.I've run these through several drills, and perform as they should.Not too sure how durable the plastic tips will be... Time will tell.

A must for anyone serious about training
I am really happy with these inert rounds and the company who sells them are great people. I have ordered from them before and appreciate how fast they deliver at a very low price for an extremely durable and high quality product. I use these for training (FTF), breaking in mags, teaching now to load a mag, and testing after maintenance.These are cheap, great quality, weighted properly, made of materials that will not harm your firearm (aka not painted like others which can chip off), and beneficial.

Weapons training safety is a must.
Caliber specific, consistency of quality, durability and price is the value of money well spent. I train more effectively and safely with dummy rounds. Never use live rounds for operational training for your weapons.

Work Great in XD Mod.2
These feed and function fine in an XD Mod.2 .45. The ejector does leave small nicks in the rim, but nothing like the shredding and shrapnel I experienced with the red aluminum dummy rounds (and had to stop using). These function great for dry firing practice; load, unload, clear training; and simulated FTF malfunction clearing when hidden mid magazine. The plastic tip is not real sturdy so I do not know how well these would work in a tubular magazine as in some of the .45 rifles.
