The media could not be loaded.  Easy to install and it works great. I’ve had it for almost 2 years now and have zero complaints. It matches great with my black kitchen faucet. I love that I no longer have soap bottles cluttered on my countertop. I added tubing that goes into a large Dawn soap bottle under the sink instead of the little bottle that came with it. It saves me from constantly having to refill the bottle, and it last 4-6 months before I have to swap out the bottle. I also added a rubber washer under the soap dispenser because my counter hole was drilled too large.

The newer version has a metal base to where the suction tube installs. The older one did not. Great product but having to pay twice because plastic breaks before they upgraded their material kind of sucks.

When looking up soap dispensers they were so expensive and then I found this one for a quarter of the price and it works just as well and super easy to install! I replace my Cheap kitchen faucet and had a old drill hole from the sprayer and used the soap dispenser to fill the hole and now it looks sleek, clean and expensive. Bonus: soap any time because it holds so much you’ll never run out!

It looks good, fits perfectly and feels like a quality product, but it dribbles the dishwasher liquid on the edge of the sink. Perhaps if the wand were a bit longer, it would make its target and put soap IN the sink.

I've been using these for about a year and they are excellent. Easy to install, easy to fill, and they look and feel more expensive than they are. I use one for dish soap and one for hand cream. Both products come out of the nozzle just fine and never squirt up at you. It is a little difficult to fill the cream from the top since unscrewing the container from under the sink is a bit of pain where I have mine located. Over all, I think these are great.

This little pump works great, it as easy to install, too.Two notes of caution before you order or before you cut the whole into your countertop, though.1. The pump is lower than some other models, so make sure it’s close enough to the sink so that you can hold your hand/sponge underneath.2. When planning the distance from the sink, also consider that the soap is not coming from the very end but about 1/4” from the end on the bottom.Again, works great for my setup, but barely, because of the above limitations. Plus, it matches our matte black modern faucet perfectly

Had it for a while. Black coating started coming off of the bottom where it sleeves inside the base. It also wouldn't hold the soap up in the tube for very long. It would take several pumps to work it back out.

This is a great dispenser, especially for the price. I like that it's made out of stainless steel and the black finish looks great. It is easy to refill as all you have to do is lift the top off and you can pour soap down into the bottle. I would recommend this product
