I found no slot to insert one! Reading the User's Manual and there was no mention about where the SD card slot was, it was referencing to a different model. Reading the Q/A section and they said to install the SD card, one must remove the lens cover. I then removed the lens cover and again found NO SD card slot. I then wrote to customer support and they sent me a photo to unscrew all the 4 hex screws to take the camera apart to get to the SD card slot. I then attempted to use the hex wrench that came in the box to remove the screws but 1 of them was damaged (cheap stuff) so the wrench did not work! Without being able to insert and SD card, the camera was pretty useless! I'm sending both of them back, too much time has been wasted. Too difficult to achieve a simple thing as inserting an SD card! Why would the users have to disassemble the camera to insert the SD card???? ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Safe *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United States on July 4, 2019* I feel safer when I am outside my house after I installed this camera. It is very easy to install. The video quality is very good. I did not have to deal with connection with many cables after connecting it with WiFi.
