Larger than it looks
I've looked at many pasta racks over the years and have not found any as simple, stable, and with as much usable space as the model by CucinaPro 515. It assembles easily (only 8 screws). Each piece of wood is sanded smooth, cut perfectly, and solid. The finished rack is very stable and solid - so much so that you can hang a full wooden dowel of pasta on the outermost rung and it will not tip over. Each of the 10 wooden dowels can accommodate 11.5" of pasta. If you use one of the popular hand-cranked pasta cutters, it's easy to slide one of the wooden dowels beneath the cutting wheels and catch the pasta strands as they roll out. You then lay the dowel full of freshly cut pasta on the rack to dry. The rack can easily hold "5 eggs" worth of pasta (5 eggs and 500 grams of "00" flour). The dowels are raised high enough off the counter that you can cut your pasta double length (22" or more) if you wish. The 10 wooden dowels can be removed and stored separately, but finding a place for the massive rack might be a challenge as it does not collapse. We store ours on top of our boxed pasta cutter. You will not find a better, more usable pasta rack.

Just What I Wanted!
I looked everywhere for a pasta drying rack that was not designed like a "tree." I was so happy to find this one and it works great. It is a little awkward to store, but I was able to find the perfect place for it.

Holds a lot of pasta, but doesn't really fold well
This pasta drying rack holds more pasta than just about any other I've seen. However, it is not without its issues. The biggest issue is that while it does technically fold, that just means the entire contraption flattens out. It is still massive when it is folded flat. If you're looking to get this to fit into a drawer, this probably isn't the one you want. Then you do still need to store 12 dowels. If this isn't an issue, this is a great pastor drying rack. The other thing I will say is that it doesn't come with particularly good assembly instructions. By looking at the picture it's not hard to assemble, you really only need a screwdriver, but if you're getting this for someone who isn't good with their hands, they may have some trouble with it.If you're looking for a poster rack that can hold a lot of pasta, this is the one to get. You're looking for one that folds up super small, is portable, and goes together easily, this might not be the one for you. I am still giving it four stars because it's cheap, and it gets the job done.

Pasta Lovers Buy
I have been looking for this style of pasta drying rack for a LONG time. It's tall enough that I don't have to cut the length of my pasta to keep it from dragging. It goes together easily and holds a LOT of pasta. Noodles are easily draped from the roller onto the poles, then just set onto the rack. The spacing allows for good ventilation for drying and it will hold a LOT of pasta. You can see in the picture I have fun with my pasta, but this was only about a third of what I was drying that day. I'm going to purchase another so I have plenty of room for my egg noodles too.

Big
Good size for hanging pasta. Bad for storage. And can't be dismantled without potentially stripping the screws. I have nowhere to store this thing. It takes up a good cubic foot at least.

Best pasta dryer- must have
I've had mine for 20 years. Then I moved and lost a part. I've been searching for this, and when it was elusive, I settled for another style. It did not work well. I was thrilled to finally find this one. I packs compact. But the design of have the rods rest at both ends allows you to catch the noodles from the pasta maker and then easily put on the rack. It is tall enough to make long noodles of the same size. I've bought this for my family and friends.
