it's set-top box is very small & compact. it's hd experience is awesome. it's very easy to modify ur current pack without any problem. overall it's really a great value for money

I am giving it 4 star because in rainy season it do not works.This product is working fine except rain problem. I haven't faced much issues till yet (approx more then 6 month i have used it.)

Providing review after 10 days of usages.Pros -1. Multiple offers regarding recharge which will bring down monthly cost.2. Picture quality in HD pack is awesome.3. Universal remote4. Free binge kit for 1 month including subscriptions (though I'm not using it as already have Jio fiber)Con -1. Didn't like dolby sound quality for few channels. It doesnt feel like dolby sound.

I purchased Tata sky with one month basic hindi pack with installation but recharge was done for only 20 days instead of 30 days. So many times I raised the issue to customer but no solution provided to me by them.i am very much disappointed with the services of tata sky

Speed installation, good one.packages are reliable,free one month subscription on installation.

Thought it is a 1 month recharge pack but it has come for 3 days only and unable to reach customer care as well.
