Signal Processing Reviewer
The question bank will likely met the questions in signal processing section for the CAT 1 Exam. I am expecting for the author at the very start to include the basic theory in signal processing so that the students can retain majority of the questions. Grammar is understandable as a second language but can be corrected overtime.

Comprehensive and Practical - Highly Recommended!
Part 3 of Vibration Analysis Certification - Exam Preparation Package - Signal Processing, like previous parts of the series, comprehensively covers all characteristics of signal processing with emphasis on practical issues that engineers encounter during practice of vibration data processing and analysis.Variations of practical utilization of waves and spectrum forms, resolution types (finest, poorest, proper, improper), and the relationship between DAT, wave forms, shaft rotations, vibration cycles, spectrum and Fmax provide excellent understanding and practical coverage of signal processing.I highly recommend this part to study and prepare for Signal Processing and Vibration Data Analysis Certification.

Fantastic book
Fantastic gift for the vibration analyst or rotating engineer. Gives knowledge that is very useful to anyone who works or interested to join CAT I. but I wish I had bought this when I started my program as it would have helped me review for my tests along the way and presents all the most relevant facts in a more direct way than my text books did.I can tell it will help with what I had seen on the test. I think it will really help anyone.

Great series
For people looking for vibration analysis certification this is the best start. You can keep searching but there are not too many authors that had the courage to tackle this challenging topic. Thank you Ali for your tremendous work. This is an astonishing series. Very well written, following the requirements for VA Cat1 and not only. It is useful for all VA categories as well as for everyone willing to learn about vibration analysis in industrial environment.I highly recommend this series.

Exam preparation for CAT I
This book addresses a need that I have heard often. People preparing to take an exam covering the ISO 18436-2 body of knowledge search for lists of questions to help prepare. This book addresses this need. While the book’s title states that it helps prepare for a CAT I exam, the book goes beyond the CAT I body of knowledge on signal processing. Anyone working on vibration analysis, even early in their careers, will cross paths with topics in signal analysis that go beyond the CAT I body of knowledge. As such, I would hope that those who seek this to prepare for an exam also learn from the questions material that will help them in their jobs. The material covered should be at a suitable level for those preparing for a CAT I exam. If one has trouble answering a large number of the questions, I suggest that they re-study and then re-try the questions prior to taking the exam. Too often people are under prepared for the exam, and this book will help in the preparation to take a CAT I exam.
