We are new-to-homeschooling our second grader. I got a lovely Highlights 2nd grade workbook for him, but it's like pulling teeth to get him to focus on anything but the hidden picture games and mazes. I decided to try this book to see if the Minecraft theme would help and his response has been amazing. He instantly sat down and worked though four different kinds of word puzzles and a couple picture-based puzzles. The next day he did a whole page of math problems. Somehow the same kind of problems or exercises are fun and interesting when they are Minecraft themed.This book is huge, much more content than I expected. It covers a really nice variety of subjects, with lots of games and puzzles to keep it interesting. The stuff that's easier for him is still interesting enough to get him engaged, which is good for reviewing since the end of first grade was all, you know, COVID crazy. And we can work up to the more challenging stuff.I am so glad I found this book. Well worth the $10. I'd recommend it to anyone with a Minecraft-loving kid.

My reluctant learner is enjoying this workbook. He is 7.5 and we homeschool. Took us a while to find a workbook that he enjoyed. He chose this one and it keeps his concentration!

This book surprised me with its quality. The pages are thick cardstock pages and has colorful Minecraft themes throughout. I bought this for a seven year old who is obsessed with Minecraft. He actually asked to work in it without being asked or forced to like with other workbooks. This will motivate kids to want to learn and I would recommend it.

This is an excellent work book for my 6 year old daughter. My daughter loves all things Minecraft so I purchased this book in hopes that it would help her be a bit more eager to do the work pages in this book. I am pleased to say that it did not disappoint. It by far has exceeded my expectations. My daughter eagerly looks forward to completing multiple pages in this book every day. She has been able to effortlessly read and comprehend the directions on each page that she has completed so far in this book. Which is quite a bit. It is a multi subject work book with a lot of pages at a bargain price. My daughter can easily be distracted but when she is doing work pages in this book she remains focused and enthusiastic on completing each page. I couldn’t of asked for more.

First of all you need to know this is a THICK book and well worth the money. The sections are amazing and if your kiddo is like mine, the minecraft theme will excite and keep their imagination! Using minecraft as a theme for learning was brilliant and i'm so thankful for it!

My daughter loves blocks. She doesn't know anything about Minecraft but she enjoys learning about the characters as do each lesson. She's 5 and has already made it through the first section. Looking forward to going over these again in other books.I like that it had a good variety of subject inside but primarily focuses on math. It also has a reasonably good amount of writing/reading. And a section for puzzles/games.

My son has ADHD and often refuses to do schoolwork. I got him this workbook for the summer, and he does 3 pages at a time to “unlock” his tablet for the day. He loves Minecraft, and he thinks it’s fun and is actually willing to do his work.The workbook itself is high quality. The Minecraft theme is well-integrated into the activities, and the content is very appropriate for my son who just finished grade 1. He is always proud of himself when he finishes his daily work. This is actually 6 workbooks (350 pages) in one, this is a much better deal than buying them separately. I highly recommend this to anyone whose kid loves Minecraft!

A great product for the very hard to motivate child. Doing homework is a constant fight with my 8 year old. He loves Minecraft so it’s a bit easier to get him to do this work. •A bit easier • not easy. I think because Minecraft is something he thinks is fun and it is familiar to him and it holds his interest more it is possible that he feels more confident he will succeed at knowing the answers so he is more willing to try solving these problems.
