JELL-O Sugar-Free Gelatin Dessert, Lemon, 0.30 Ounce

I am a diabetic (Type 1 for 60 years next month) so anything I can get with low/no-sugar, no/low carbs goes in my cart. I use this for layered jello desserts or fluffs with low calorie cool whips. I have made a really good pineapple pistachio pudding (sugar free) with pineapple canned in juice fluff and a sugar-free strawberry jello and fresh strawberries. Whole family loves them and they do not even miss the sugar!

Nice lemony flavor, with that being said this does use Aspartame so if it effects you in any way, or you just want to keep it out of your diet, you might want to pass and find something else for your lemon fix. I only make this occasionally, but I do like the flavor and love being able to add in heavy whipping cream to make a light and fluffy lemon parfait.

Mixing the cooled liquid with a block of cream cheese in the food processer makes a keto lemon dessert.

Great for Keto! I mix this jello with cream cheeseand it’s like cheese cake without crust. Yum!

Little more expensive then normal store but nice to find more flavor options.

My diabetic sister loves jello. Only thing my diabetic sister likes that is relatively healthy for her.

This goes well with my fruit salad. Saves tons of calories and taste great.
