Grotesquely overpriced, fantastic book.This is only the 2nd edition, and you can order the 5th (English) edition directly through the publisher (VLB Berlin) for 149,00€ (about $170 US when I wrote this). Do a search for the title and the publisher, and you'll find it in no time.

Surely you realize that one can purchase this book, new, for $260.00? Unless this is a first edition signed copy, ripoff. My rating is based on the price, not the product. This is truly THE brewing textbook.

Sure this price was typed wrongly. 199.99 seems to be the right one.

This book is the definitive guide for master Brewers. The most recent edition, 5th International Edition in English is available from www.Corporatediscountbooks.com for $195.00.

This is the most comprehensive and concise book on commercial brewing process and equipment on the market at the moment - every time I read up on something I am amazed at the information in this book...My only wish is that it becomes available in Kindle format for ease of use. It is a large book and it gets damaged being carried around in a laptop bag.
