Product Description
A sumptuously rich sauce that captures the zesty flavours of tarragon and chervil. Fabulous with meat – especially steak. Try it on a burger as a tangy change from mayonnaise.
Ingredients
Rapeseed oil, water, pasteurised free range EGG yolk powder (4.4%), white wine & spirit vinegar, cornflour, lemon juice, salt, sugar, garlic powder, MUSTARD powder, tarragon (0.15%), chervil (0.15%), butter oil (0.1%), beta carotene (colour).

Terrible!
I found this to be very poor representation of Bearnaise, very creamy and sweet with almost no Tarragon flavours. I threw my jars away.

Brilliant fresh taste clearly quality ingredients. Bit pricey but well worth it if you’re a bernaise fan

Bernie's sauce? possibly but not Béarnaise sauce.
Tangy Custard with tarragon or creme anglais if you want to be middle class about it. revolting binned second jar without opening. un-recoverable vanilla taste just plain wrong.

I recognised this as perfectly acceptable Bearnaise sauce - is it the best - probably not but have bought again, so must be OK
