BaiPick-Me-Up Alarm Clock, Gunmetal

Very disappointed in the recent reliability of this clock. I purchased my original clock many years ago locally. Although the alarm function continued to work, the light function did not. Bought another through Amazon and that one met the same end just after the warranty ended. Bought another from Amazon and now the alarm goes off at random times if alarm is activated and it too has lost light function. Great idea....but poor outcomes.

I am happy with the Clock. I did think it would be a bit bigger though. But it is really easy to set & use.Obviously, the best bit is that it lights up in the dark winter months without blinding you partner who doesn't have to get as early as you do.

I bought a Pick Me Up well over ten years ago. Absolutely the best alarm clock ever. About five years ago I bought another one for a guest bedroom. The alarm did not work, so I sent it back for a refund. A week ago, the alarm on my ten year old version finally bit the dust, though the clock part still works fine. So I tried again with Amazon. This newest Pick Me Up, straight out of the box, has a defective alarm, as in, the alarm does not work. What good is an alarm clock that doesn’t sound the alarm?? All this leaves me very sad, as what was once a great alarm clock company has now sent me two worthless ones. I will not waste time on this brand, not again. I would advise that you spend your money elsewhere.

This clock has fairly loud tick-tock and failed to keep time within 3 months of purchase from Amazon.The 10$ Casio digital clock I purchased prior to this is both quiet and keeps time.update:BTW, Following their emailed instructions, I sent the clock to BAI 'for repair.' Never heard back.====2014The $10 Casio digital alarm clock continues to work perfectly incl. alarm. The LCD display could be clearer but the clock is fully quiet and perfectly punctual.

I have been buying these clocks for many years but the last two I purchased did not function. They keep time but neither one has a working alarm. Useless to me without that feature.

I have had this clock less then 3 months and it has stopped working. It is also too late to return it. The clock is extremely small and cost a lot for what it was and then to have it only work such a short amount of time is very frustrating.

Looks ok from a distance, but upon closer inspection it seems quite cheap (light plastic). Picture makes it seem more elegant than what it really is. With that aside, it has been working ok for some time. Battery life seems good.
