I ordered these to try them first since I was planning to use them in cupcakes for a wedding.Tthe chocolate cover melted the beans were not gonna work for what I had planned. So, since I loved the product so did my husband, I decided to give it another try but this time I contacted the seller asking them if there was another way the chocolate cover would not melt during shipping. The wedding is around the corner and is still warm out.. Well, I could not be happier: they answered my questions kindly and professionally. They said would take cake. Next thing I knew the product came INTACT! nothing melted! I was able to count every single bean! and it was really warm out when they arrived. I am so pleased with the customer service of this company and I will buy more from them. I am now a loyal customer to them. Thank you so muchthe three stars are for the amazing flavor and texture! absolutely delicious!! I love it. I did not find any waxy flavor what so ever as others have said .
