Love Lyra pencils and these are no exception.

They are eco-friendly and tough colour pencils. Don't break easily when sharpening. My daughter is delighted with her purchase. Only complaint is that the cardboard case is really not user-friendly (especially not child-friendly) as she struggles a little to get the cardboard trays to fit nicely. I have bought her a roll-up fabric pencil case to store these pencils in.

Look good but the leads were damaged all the way through and points continually broke off. One pencil was down to a tiny stub and all I managed to colour was about 2 inches square!

The packet measures around 23 cm x 9 cm x 1 cm. The one-holed, plastic-type, regular sharpener is in a little plastic-type enclosure at the top and the colouring pencils pull out on an inner cardboard tray where indicated by the WHITE arrow. These are nice add-ons but are a little fiddly in practice and don’t last long, in my experience. Nevertheless, the slim, triangular-barrelled pencils are good quality delivering strong colour with light pressure and little residue, for the best part, as long as the points are not too sharp. Already sharpened, the pencils measure around 17.5 cm in length with 8 circular clean cut-outs on each barrel, aiming to guide a natural grip. On one side in WHITE lettering is: 📝 ‘Groove slim LYRA’ On another is a space for ‘name’ which is a 4 cm long box overall but includes the 7-digit colour code number and is very narrow, so not sure how useful this is in general practice? The third has ‘CE’ & the barcode detail in BLACK. They sharpen up well, although due to the cut-outs, do disappear a little faster than other styles, in my experience. The colours are the regular ones you usually find in a dozen, including a PURPLE, which is often missing from the pack by today’s standards. The colours in mine (in no particular order) are: 🔅 YELLOW 🔅 ORANGE 🔅 BLACK 🔅 BROWN 🔅 BLUE 🔅 LIGHT BLUE 🔅 LIME 🔅 GREEN 🔅 RED 🔅 PINK 🔅 PINKY-PURPLE 🔅 PURPLE This brand sometimes pop up on the ‘Amazon Add-On Programme', representing extra value for money and is worth looking out for, IMO. Great shape for little ones who are just mastering the holding of the pencil. Only down side is that they can only be sharpened with their own pencil sharper, I tried other regular ones and it didn’t work.

Good pencils but very very slim. Annoying for adult hands.

Leider sind die bunten Minen total kaputt. Die Stifte bröseln vor sich hin. Somit sind die Stifte total unbrauchbar.

Wir haben die LYRA Groove Slim Farbstifte für unsere Kinder gekauft – und sind absolut begeistert! Die dreiflächige Form mit den kleinen Griffmulden macht das Halten ganz einfach, selbst für kleinere Kinderhände. Besonders gut gefällt uns die rutschfeste Oberfläche, die ein Abrutschen beim Malen verhindert. Die Farben sind kräftig und leuchtend, und die 3,3 mm dicke Mine ist stabil und bricht kaum, auch wenn mal fester gedrückt wird. Mit dabei ist sogar ein kleiner Spitzer, was super praktisch für unterwegs oder den Schulranzen ist. Auch das Design ist durchdacht: Die Stifte sind lackiert, wirken hochwertig und liegen angenehm in der Hand. Die Auswahl von 36 verschiedenen Farben lässt keine Wünsche offen – perfekt zum Malen, Zeichnen und kreativ sein. Fazit: Für Kinder einfach ideal – gut zu greifen, tolle Farben, robust und durchdacht. Absolute Empfehlung! 👍

Para mí los mejores lápices de madera, cubren súper bien y la punta aguanta sin partirse no cómo otras marcas. Los colores muy bonitos. Lo peor el precio, me parecen carillos
