Helps with getting enough iodine
These pills help my husband get the minerals he does not get from the food he eats. He is on quite a few meds & sometimes they keep him from absorbing the nutrients he needs. As such he has been using these pills to hwlp him get the correct amount of iodine that he needs daily.

The capsules are tiny, very small
I was disappointed to see how tiny the cheap, 150 capsules from Life Extensions, actually are; see photo. The label states that the capsules are Iodine with sea plant complex, kelp and bladderwack; take one daily, so I think they should have made these capsules bigger.
