Is this be suitable to use around a boiler flue on the roof. It’s next to the chimney nd would need to go on top of roof tiles.?

This product will stick like a limpet to roof tiles. However, of you require it to adhere to a metal flue, which it most certainly will, my guess is that the heat would seriously affect the adhesive and probably the finish material as well. Perhaps seek clarification from the manufacturer before you buy.

Hi. I stuck the flashing too far. On wood.is there any clever way of lifting off a couple of centimetres ? This stuff sticks really well!!!

It doesn't come off very well after been stuck on ,I found it better to put it on in 1 metre lengths or manageable lengths

Can this be secured into a slot in the wall and sealed, like traditional lead? I’ve got pebbledash so don’t want to rely on the adhesive

Certainly. You could easily do that. It's very malleable and will keep a shape nicely. Your main problem might be folding it without getting in a tangle with the stuff. It is EXTREMELY sticky Very good product though.

Easy to apply and a very pleasing result.

Easy to cut and apply this material. Not messy to use at all. Stuck well to the old damaged lead flashing and over the damaged areas of my flat roof edges. Very happy with the result.

Great product and easy to use

Excellent Flashing solution.

This is the second time I've used this product.I used it for flashing a corrugated roof to a coarsely rendered wall.Adhesion is excellent. Use preferably on a warn dry day.The first time I used it was for the exact same sort of job and that was three years ago.It's still as good as the day I installed it which prompted me to use the same product again.Just be aware that it IS extremely sticky and the thing it sticks best too is itself.If you accidentally get the sticky side folded onto itself.......good luck!
