Good bracket
Good bracket to hold fire extinguisher. I could not figure out how to connect the ends of the metal that wraps around the extinguisher and there were no instruction provided even after contacting the seller. But I put my 2 sons on it and they figured it out.

Don't normally leave reviews
Normally I wouldn't leave a review. However since there was a card in the package asking me to do just that, I felt compelled to. While the product is exactly what I ordered the packaging was substandard. I bought this product NEW to mount a chrome fire extinguisher in a 250k piece of equipment. Needless to say I like things to be right. They put it in a bag. Yes a bag. The straps were bent flat. I know I can straighten them but I shouldn't have too. Package your product better. There is the review.

As expected. Standard USCG bracket.
Standard USCG bracket. Use it in a trailer to keep the fire extinguisher securely on the wall.

Meh,
It will hold an extinguisher to the wall, but it's so lightweight and easy to release the extinguisher that I wouldn't trust it to mount an extinguisher on a vehicle. If you mount it outside I'm afraid it will fall off on the hwy, if I mount it inside depending on the vehicle it could come loose in an accident and really damage or hurt someone. If you use this to mount inside a box truck, trunk or in a toolbox then sure it will work. Heavier duty options are the Amerex 821, 821S, 861H and 807.
