Back in 2013 I was extremely depressed and lethargic. I went to my health clinic and was given a new person She was a Nurse Practitioner. I really like her, had a partial physical. She strongly recommended starting these vitamins. She started me out 2/day for 1 week. Within 3-4 days it occurred to me that I didn't feel as depressed and I actually felt a little motivated. Wow !!!!I have taken these vitamins ever since. Occasionally I am lax ... didn't reorder in time, or just dumb ... whatever ... but if I notice I feel down, I start the vitamins again and sure enough within a few days I feel emotionally better.My husband takes these as well ... we swear by them.Would panic if I was unable to get them.
