We realized that these were in fact 1156 bulbs but they were a different subset, which the nibs were in fact different that what I needed for my Volvo XC90. They sent me the correct bulbs, which fit perfectly. Also there is no error message from these bulbs, they work perfectly. So, if you have a Volvo XC90, the correct bulbs to order are the BOODLED 20W 9-30V1156 1141 P21WY BAU15S LED Bulbs Super Bright 3030 35-SMD Chipsets 2000LM LED Bulb. I highly reccomend these bulbs. I am very impressed with the customer service and the professional way this was handled. I will be looking at BOODLED for my future LED buld purchases.These LED bulbs are listed as 1156 bulbs, they DO NOT fit properly in an 1156 bulb socket. The alignment nibs on the bulb do not line up with the 1156 sockets on my car. I thought maybe it was a faulty set, so I had a second set sent to me, same problem.

Bit of a light freak, these by far brightest bulbs I have seen. Quality can not be spoken for but time will tell
