Bernat Alize Blanket-EZ Yarn, Bright Blue

This is the softest and puffiest loop yard I have used. I made a baby blanket out of the baby blue. All the skeins were identical and none had any thin or broken loops. I purchased some other colors of this same brand that were not as thick and plush as the baby blue color. I don't know why this particular color is so soft. I also like the larger skein, which means tying less knots in the blanket. Compared to other brands, this brand is a good value.

I decided to try out hand knitting to see if I in fact had any semblance of a "crafter" inside of me...And the answer is, YES- I think I do! After trying out a few different techniques I found in videos online, I found a rhythm with the stich I chose. And what started out as a pure experiment ended up as a blanket that I HANDMADE MYSELF for my son. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out, and because I was able to do it while watching my favorite shows, on the sideline of a soccer field, in the car on a road-trip (you get the picture) I am going to order some yarn and get started on a blanket for my daughter. SUPER HAPPY WITH THIS PROJECT!!!

This is the best loop yarn I've found -- tremendously soft and loops are consistently well-formed. After trying a few brands, this is the one I'm staying with. My only complaint is that some colors seem more expensive than they need to be, but if you don't have a kid requesting a blanket in a specific color, that shouldn't be too much of an issue :)

Still nice, but I thought it would be a bold, deeper red.

This is a good quality yarn and it comes in quite a few colors. No knitting needles are needed. Even kids can make blankets, throws scarves, etc. I knit small blankets and donate them. The feedback has been great. I’ve made throws for various family members and I can’t knit them fast enough. The throws are easy to wash and dry. The yarn holds up great and doesn’t fall apart with usage. I’ve tried other brands but I like Bernat the best.

Bought 2 of these to make a cookie monster costume. So soft... A little pricier than I would have liked but was perfect for the job. Good Quality wool!

Not as soft as the original.

I used this yarn to make an afghan.It’s a work in progress.Took me a while to figure out how to use this yarn but am quite happy with it

I bought this to make homemade Christmas stockings. It is easy to use. There are videos available online. It is pricey though.
