Excellent product. Works great !!!!
This product is excellent. Prior to using it I had to replace the toilet seal about every few months. Now after each camping trip I add the prescribed amount to the toilet bowl. I have never had a seal leak in over 2 years.

Helps stop toilet paper sticking
Having trouble with toilet paper sticking this product helps resolve that problem, works just as directed.

Stops leaking toilet bowl
After a few trips with a new RV we started having trouble with the toilet bowl not holding water. We tried this stuff between trips and the next trip was much better. Applied more before the next trip and the problem has not returned. It seems to not only condition the seals, but also lubricates. We noticed that the ball stop sometimes wouldn't seat completely and that was why the leak was happening. It was leaking down almost every time. After the first use only noticed one time on the next trip, after the second application it isn't happening anymore, and it seems to work much more smothly too.

Worked and then didn't. Will buy another to use for maintaining a seal when I get the new rubber seal

Do I really need an RV Seal Lube and Conditioner? YES!!
Finally got around to replacing the seals on the RV Toilet as the bowl seal was leaking. I replaced it, but it seemed to still be losing a very small, but noticeable amount of water. I added the Thetford RV Toilet Seal Lube and Conditioner. It says to leave it in contact with the seal as long as possible... 8 hours if possible. I did that and no more water leakage. Came back a week later and the original water is still in the bowl, ensuring the seal is good and no black tank smell. Will become a regular maintenance item at least once a month and during winterizing as well.

Not what I expected.
I should have looked at how to use this product, before purchasing. The directions call for letting the product sit in the toilet (unflushed) for at least 8 hours. If you are living in your RV, this requires giving up the toilet for a long period. It is intended for use when storing or winterizing your RV.
