A few years ago I did some minor upgrades to our two bathrooms. Took down some very dated wallpaper, painted, and changed out the various towel bars and hardware. Nothing big at all. I gave my ex-husband one task (albeit, not because I couldn't do it myself but just because I was trying to finish up and was doing other tasks) -- to hang up the new toilet paper holders. I asked him to please use the template that came with them and he refused. Since that fateful moment, every time I touched the toilet paper the entire thing would fall off the wall and so even after he moved out I still had a daily reminder of why he pissed me off so much. Who knows why I waited so long to order new holders but I finally did and these work! I believe the kicker was that my daughter loves to take long baths and play with her bath toys and likes when I sometimes add in the bonus of watching the iPad. I ordered this particular toilet paper holder because it will, in fact, hold the iPad at the right angle for her to watch it while in the bathtub. I'm not sure how well I would trust the holders with just adhesive so to not set myself up for another toilet paper holder failure I did use the hardware and install it into the studs in the wall. What can I say further than that? It works great and it doesn't piss me off to take a piss anymore.

I'm only renting my apartment so the adhesive is a must for me since I don't want to be drilling unnecessary holes in my bathroom. The holes in this didn't line up with the ones that came with the house.I've purchased one like this before but I went for this one since it was a cheaper option than the one I previously got. This one has less surface area to stick to the wall than the one I bought before and since my bathroom wall has a textured feel to it, it's not entirely sticking to the wall and feels like it will come off soon. I should've looked into it before buying but didn't notice the difference in the sticking side after it came.Overall a good value and should stick as intended on smooth surfaces unlike mine.

I would normally put my phone on it but I needed my phone to take the pic so this was the next logical use for the shelf. This was the best decision I’ve made in some time. I installed it myself, a 56 yr old woman, and it was so simple. It’s sturdy, it’s durable and it’s really pretty. I call this my, “ An Ounce Of Prevention Is Worth A Pound Of Cure” toilet paper holder. I can be a bit of a klutz and taking my phone into the bathroom was an accident waiting to happen. With this product, I just prevented an accident.I highly recommend this product!! I give it all the stars!!

The adhesive is not strong enough to hold the toilet paper holder. The weight of the holder already pulls the adhesive. When a toilet paper is placed the weight adds to the weight of the holder.If product is screwed on to the wall it is very sturdy and stays in place.Recommendation: Please provide a better adhesive to hold the holder in place.

I cant believe the sticky back is still up. I figured it wouldn't hold. My 7 yr. old grandbaby said ya grandma I like it and it's to lean on, I told her it's not to lean on, it's to put your phone on top or other items. I told her not to lean on it that it might not hold but it did, it held up. Good product and looks nice.

Initially I loved the unit. It looks good and is functional as a place to lay my phone. The part that holds the toilet paper is screwed to the unit and eventually came off. So now I hope to go to the hardware store and obtain the same screws but longer and possibly a nut to hold it under the bottom? I don't know. I want to still use it but of course I can't with the most important piece coming off. WE now sit the TP on the cell phone stand part until I can get to a hardware store. :(

I like that I can set stuff on them. It’s nice bc the kids can change out the TP so much easier. But do not use the anchors that come with the package, they are odd shaped and don’t make sense. Once I realized that was the problem and switched to generic anchors/screws installWas great.

Is tight with a Mega roll for sure at first but after a few wipes much better than the standard set up. Way easier to change out rolls. Works great.
