Is this packaged discreetly?

Yes all our shipments are packaged discreetly.

do these come with instruction DVD'S?

No, though there are plenty of instructional videos available on the Internet.

are these like a one sizze fits all type of thing?

if the condom is too small 1) you increase the chance of damage 2) you reduce drastically the time of erection (blood will be forced out of the tool) 3) you will fill discomfort and reduced sensation to the point of not being able to reach climax.if the condom is too big you may slip out without noticebuy few cheap condoms with a clear indication of the size (Durex make it very easy in some countries and not at all in other countries) and test what size fits you best... stick to your size and NEVER buy condoms without size indication or you tested this one product before. there are few things more frustrated than to lose erection after 10min due to pressure (or psychological pressure) or find a ruptured one after the game is over. 52mm is for small and medium sizes, 56mm for the unlucky one who must pay double the price for the same product. http://www.condom-sizes.org/condom-size-chart/condom-size-chart

Do i have to sign if i order this?

Howdy! It depends on what company you buy from, and what shipping service you choose. If you order from us, Condom Country and are located in the United States, you will not have to sign for the package. I hope this information helps!
