Poor quality thermal papers
Papers were very poor quality resulting in faded prints. We kept getting the printers checked. Only today when paper from other source was used that we learnt that poor printing was due to poor paper. And the reurn window closed one day back. I feel cheated. And there seems no way I can contact help desk
