I wanted to LOVE this book because the topic is so important. I read it (cover to cover) as part of a graduate-level course that required analyzing each chapter and writing several critical comparative summaries. It was a painful exercise because so many of the chapters/articles are poorly written/edited. The book isn't a total waste (some chapters offer nuggets of good insight) but this certainly isn't a volume that I'll reference often or recommend.
