I was skeptical when I purchased these patches, but have been pleasantly surprised at how good they work. I love the smell of lavender, and these have a very noticeable lavender scent. They are not over-powering though. I have job-related anxiety and stress, and I put 1/2 a patch on my shoulder in the morning, and it takes the edge off. I also use 1/2 a patch at night, and can fall right to sleep. I am on the automatic re-order program because these worked so well.

Any benefits from these aromatherapy patches are purely imaginary. In addition, customer service does not reply to emails, and gives wrong instructions on how to open their difficult made-in-china tins. Cost is unrealistic, since benefits are zero. Can not be returned. Not a smart choice.

I was very excited to try this for my stress and anxiety. The smell is very strong. So strong that it made me anxious and stressed that everyone around me could smell it at work. It did not have a calming effect, but the complete opposite.
