Jiffy is easy to prepare and delicious! My family has used it for several generations! It is budget friendly and taste like old fashon cornbread with soft inside and chunchy crust.It is not dry when prepared by easily understood simple directions. I prepare in one cake layer pan for three-four serving per box or in muffin tin for two-three muffins.chrunchy crust

Jiffy is the brand to go to for corn muffins. This set is very good value.

When I bake a batch of cornbread, the two ofus sometimes cannot eat it all. These muffins solve that problem. They are simple to fix, (especially tasty with buttermilk vs. plain milk), bake in just 13 minutes at our high altitude, 6000 feet and do not spoil when saved over several days. A real comfort food.

It was more expensive than in if I were to purchase in a regular store, but it was convenient.

This is a good corn bread I like to make it when I make chili. I also like to eat it for breakfast with milk

The batch of cornbread muffin mix flavor was okay. I prefer making from scratch. These little boxes are fun for the grandkids to make, nice and easy
