poor quality so sent back, they claimed the item was damaged in transit so had to claim from the delivery insurance? i also purchased a shower cubicle from the same company and that was also returned. think that say's it all about them.

The size I needed
I bought this because it is one of very few which are 750mm square which was the size I wanted. Most common are 760 square which would have been much more difficult to fit in the space left by the old tray.It feels well made (solid), looks good and was straightforward to fit. The flexible waste pipe is flimsy but doesn't have to withstand pressure so should be OK.I can't comment on whether this item is better or worse than competitors because I haven't tried others. It is good enough for me.
