A little hard to see in the picture but it’s a great necklace for the price. It looks just like my fur baby. Great silver color. I’m thrilled to have this great piece. I bought this necklace for my mom when our pupper passed away last year. I was of course hesitant at first but this far exceeded my expectations! They were super quick to process my order and it shows every detail perfectly, even his goofy ears. I would give this way more than 5 stars if I could. It has also worn great over the past year and still looks brand new!

I ordered this last week and got it a couple days before it was supposed to arrive. The process of placing the photo on the medallion was a little quirky, but the outcome is better than i could've imagined. The image that I used was in color, and my expectations for how it would turn out were honestly pretty low (thought amazon wouldnt do it right). It arrived a couple days ago and i opened it just yesterday. I slowly opened the case to peek inside because I was so worried for how it turned out. Boy was I wrong for that. Im sure it was a machine that etched the face and name, but turning a color photo into a simple drawing takes some human element! The necklace couldnt have come out better. His face is recognizable, and the quality of etching is incredible. The details in his face are perfect. I was so excited that I couldnt wait 2 days till christmas to give it to my girlfriend. Made her cry happy tears. :) Thank you guys so much.
