Iodine is great
My wife had this product during her pregnancy from recommendation from a doctor in Kochi and I really helped her with her tsh numbers. So now post pregnancy she keeps using it to keep her tsh numbers higher. I have read that during breast feeding iodine is critical and so wanted to continue taking the iodine supplement.
