I use this planner every week to keep on top of tasks and to write notes. I used the habit, exercise and water tracker much more that I thought I would and it has really helped me to maintain a healthier lifestyle. The green plant print matches my room design perfectly!

I have daily and weekly goals to achieve for my health and fitness. I already have a training programme so all of the planners/goal setting books also track calories and programmes which is a waste of time for me. This planner allows me to add in my daily habits (which may change weekly) plan the days I'm training and monitoring my water intake.The sheets are thick enough for me as I'm a heavy writer. I love this so much I've bought another one!
