I also found a video on YouTube that was uploaded by a Brit who used this brand and I followed his cooking instructions. I was pleased with the outcome because they tasted exactly like the peas that I ate in London. I do think the they are bit pricey for peas but I'm told that you must use marrowfat dried peas to get that authentic taste.
