Comfortable for sleeping
I use these for nocturnal dialysis to dull the noise of the machine. They are great for low frequency noise, but not so good for high frequency noise. They are very comfortable. I have tried using non disposable ear plugs but none are as comfortable as these for regular use, nor as good at fading out background sound.They do the job for me and would recommend them to other dialysis patients

They work for me
These are the only ear plugs that don't irritate my ears and are very effective if fitted correctly, which is essential. I sleep all night every night with these in and have never had a problem with them. They have the best attenuation for night time noises that I've tried (I've tried a lot).
