Can't sleep without this
During my first pregnancy, I had restless leg syndrome to the max! It was infuriating not being able to sleep at night when my body was already so tired from growing a little one! My doctor recommended Magnesium and this is what I went with and I'm so glad I did. Does the job well and I can take them with confidence that they are healthy and clean for not only me, but Baby as well. I was able to get so much more rest and it helped my body tremendously. I still take it to this day even though my child is already 1 year old!

Best magnesium compound
So I followed some of the hype online that everyone is magnesium deficient tried a magnesium supplement (with only one mg source) didn’t notice anything Did some research and landed on this product. Took it for 3-4 months and noticed a fair bit more energy and better nights sleep when I took 2 in the morning and 2 at night, decided to cancel my subscribe and save and quickly realized my mistake This is a must have in my supplement routine. In my opinion the pills aren’t too large, no after taste or weird burps. At night best combined with Ashwaganda to fall asleep gently and stay asleep

Great source of Mag, but HUGE pills
I love these! So does hubby! Pills are too big, so we are looking for something smaller and easier to swallow. Soooo bummed!!!!

Need to take the right kind of Mag.
I got these for my mom to help her high blood pressure and restless leg syndrome. If she takes these before she goes to sleep, she sleeps better, with less RLS and doesn't wake up with really high BP like she used to all of the time. I'm an ICU nurse and was previously unaware of how important it is to take the right kind of magnesium. There are several different kinds, and the Mag Ox you see everywhere is probably the worst. The Tri Mag has the three that are best for heart health. There is another similar product out there that also has Co-Q 10, which is also excellent for the heart. However, it also has potassium, which you really need to be careful with if you have heart issues. Here is some info I found about the types of mag in this supplement. Magnesium Taurate: Both magnesium and the amino acid taurine share the ability to improve cardiac function; each has a potentiating effect on insulin sensitivity and also a calming effect on neuromuscular excitability. The actions of both have striking similarities when it comes to cardiovascular health. They both have blood pressure reducing effects, stabilize nerve cells, improve the contraction of the heart muscle and have an anti-thrombotic effect. Additionally, low levels of vitamin B6 have been shown to further deplete both magnesium and taurine. Magnesium Malate: This less well-known combination has been studied for use in fibromyalgia. Since malate is a substrate in the cellular energy cycle, it can help improve ATP production; there is some preliminary evidence that it may reduce muscle pain and tender points in fibromyalgia patients. Magnesium Glycinate: Glycine is a well-known calming amino acid. This combination has good bioavailability and does not have a laxative effect since glycine is actively transported through the intestinal wall. Due to the calming and relaxing effect of both glycine and magnesium, this combination has been used successfully for chronic pain and muscle hyper tonicity.
