**Q: What is the shelf life of these?**
A: Very long shelf life if kept in frig. Once you notice they start to wilt just put in baggie n pop in freezer

**Q: How many "sets" of leaves do I get with a 1 ounce order?**
A: About 45-50 "sets". Each set is one double leaf.

**Q: Do you put the leaves only in while cooking and remove before serving or can these be eaten after they are cooked in a meal? Thanks!**
A: I use them in Tom Kha Goong, and have always left them in with no ill effects. I like leaving it in because it adds color, but at the point you're eating it, the flavor has already been introduced into the dish, so removing them wouldn't hurt anything.

**Q: Were these frozen? It appears they have been thawed out en route, and if so cannot be refrozen. Also, no smell.**
A: Mine were not frozen.  They are fresh.  You don’t get the smell unless you crush them or slice them really thin.

I was very hesistant to buy these, but I couldn't find these leaves in any supermarket around me. It took a little longer than I'd hoped to have received it which is why I docked a star, but when they arrived, they were super fresh and made my dish taste wonderful!
