100 GPD Membrane

Replaced after old membrane went bad. Getting TDS of about 2 with the new membrane where tap is at 100-120, so I am happy with its ability. Old membrane of the same model lasted about 9 months for me, hope this last one longer but it is a fair price even if it doesn't.

Very good for pure water as long as the other three elements are doing the job they were made to do. I use this rodi filter for all my drinking water that comes from the dirty OHIO River. I poured a clear glass of water from the kitchen faucet, let it sit all night. Next day you could see light tan colored sediments in the bottom of the glass. Disgusting ! My Barracuda 4 element filter TDS is zero now after 2 years it says 1 ppm. I read a while back owners got 1 set of each element free !?

I have had an AquaFx Baracuda with an additional dual canisters for chloramine removal for about 3 1/2 years. Recently tried an inexpensive alternative to the AquaFx 100gpd membrane that promised less waiste and better water. BIG MISTAKE. After about a week I find myself going back to the AquaFx, gladly paying a little more to get a quality product. The susbstitute I tried never got the water anywhere close to the 0ppm that I routinely get with original AquaFx RO filter products and completely exausted a brand new cannister of RO resin. Don't bother trying the cheap membranes, they dont work well at all. I literally threw out the inexpensive/cheap membrane in less than a week and had to replace my DI resin as well because it was exausted. Costly mistake. The AquaFx gets great results and lasts. Don't get burnt by falling victim to the appealing price and empty promises of others found in the same search parameters.

This is the real deal! I have had an AquaFX filter for years and know exactly how it should produce. I decided to try a knock-off membrane and boy was that a mistake. After installing the generic brand membrane I actually thought there was something wrong with my system. I did a bunch of troubleshooting and finally decided the only thing it could be was the membrane itself. So I ordered this AquaFX replacement and now it's good as new!! I couldn't be more pleased and happy to have my system running right. Don't make the mistake I made. Just buy this filter when it's time for a replacement. You won't regret it!!

This is a very good quality filter.

You can't beat it....it's one of the more expensive choices, but my TDS levels consistently remain below 5, where half price knock offs test around 200

I make fresh water for my 220 gallon saltwater fish tank. I already had one that was a different brand but this one fit right in and work as good if not better.
