Volume is as important as weight
Mix of colors look great, just what we wanted. Several fire-pit calculators are available to determine how many pounds of glass you need to fill the burner area. Need to consider the volume as well, not just the weight. By all calc's, we needed 15-20 lbs of glass, but using this glass we only needed 10. I assume because it's not as heavy by volume as some. I recommend starting low and buying more if you need it.Give it a quick wash in a colander to remove the dust, and you'll be pleased with the purchase.

Very pretty but needed serious cleaning.
This multi-colored glass is very pretty in my fire-table. But it arrived so dirty I couldn't tell what color it was. I rinsed it twice but ended up having to wash it with soap & water then rinse it twice.I then laid it out in a large cardboard box to dry.Finally I got to add it to my fire-table and light it. It has 3-4 different colors and reflects the fire beautifully.

Nice product
Didn’t use for fire pit so I can’t speak how they do with flames. I used as a decorative project that I lit up with blue solar lights under glass to glow blue. Worked well for that.

Excellent High Quality Product
I was shocked to see how big and heavy the bag was. A nice and even array of various shades of blue to give it a realistic water look. The glass pieces does not cut your hand, i was worried a out the handling. Its pretty and wont disappoint.

Love it!
I decided to replace my fireplace gas logs with the glass rocks. It takes a little bit of time to arrange the glass rocks so they are not covering the little holes where the fire comes out. I bought a 20lb bag of glass rocks and still have about 5lbs leftover.

Some turned black after heat
Looks great in fire pit however some have changed color to a more black / charcoal within the first month - not sure how they will last over timeVery pretty colors though

Beautiful
Very pretty shades of blue. I did rinse them with water first to clean off the dust that was on them. Very happy!

Good price for amount. They need the dust washed off of them but beautiful once clean.
