It's beautiful. Never had anyone compliment my luggage before
After years of suitcases lasting 1-2 years, finally decided to splurge on an indestructible suitcase that would last forever.PROS: It's beautiful. Never had anyone compliment my luggage before. The taxi driver, and random woman in the airport.CONS: Bought two of these (this full-sized one, and carry-on version). Both broke the very first time I traveled with them. On one, the lock broke. On the other, I found one of the latches wedged off when picking up the case from baggage return. Sent them both to ZeroHalliburton for repair. 4-8 week turnaround. Seriously?2 stars cuz it's pretty.
