Functionally, these seem to be fine
These are compact and produce a good green color - albeit only medium brightness with the attached resistors (when fed by 120Vac). The brightness level is good for an indicator in dim-to-moderate brightness of ambient light, but might be "washed out" in sunlight or other bright ambient light. Possibly, reducing the value of the resistors would improve the bulb's brightness for better visibility in the brighter conditions, if needed, but I did not try this. The pre-attached resistors would be convenient for some installations, but would make it cumbersome to mount the bulb/resistor assembly close onto a circuit board - although folding the lead between the bulb and resistor would help if the mounting hole in the circuit board is large enough to accommodate the folded lead. Otherwise, it probably is simpler to cut the lead and insert the bulb and resistor into separate holes. In any case, I have not had these in use long enough to judge their longevity, but so far they have worked fine.

Work and look great.
Work and look great! Fun for playing with a Tesla coil, or plasma ball.

They're green and bright
I bought these to illustrate how electro magnets create voltage spikes (inductive kick). These neon bulbs were a great deal and worked exactly as I needed them to.

Love it
These are very nice indicator lamps. I’m running these off an AA battery with a step up to 65v. These lamps use very little current. The light in some of them dance around a bit which is nice. I guess the path of least resistance meanders a bit, probably due to thermal fluctuations. Every lamp in the bag looks flawless and they all work.

Dim
Fed these about 200V, and the light is quite dim. The colour however, is quite nice.

Not bright at all!
These neon bulbs are small and have frosted glass and not bright at all. A standard neon bulb is at least 10 times brighter than these bulbs. Don't waste your money buying them!!
