We had a wobbly toilet. The phlange needs replacing but as it's inside concrete it's costly. With the help of these we were able to level our toilet again for 15 bucks! The toilet now doesn't even budge. It was so easy to install as well. We just cut them after leveling. With caulk on top, they're completely invisible. They have a bit of a flex in them, I think they're made of rubber, so it's easier to adjust then rigid material.
