Needed a secure mailbox for a busy street side mail drop. This is built like a tank: strong and heavy. In bolting it in place, I fumbled it from the top of the steps, and it went crashing to the ground (hard concrete sidewalk). IT chipped the SIDEWALK!! (Ok, it did scuff the paint a little, but come on...) The customer was totally thrilled! (I touched up the paint....easy)

I feel confident that the mail at our rental will be safe in this! It is super duper sturdy. It weighs like a ton though, so be sure you have a good wood wall or devise some way that you’ll be able to screw it on sufficiently.

We needed a substantial mailbox for our business that would be less likely to be vandalized in our urban location. This mailbox sturdy and strong though it does not weigh the 20 lbs as described. The attachable flag feature is flimsy but we did not need that feature in our application. I would purchase this item again.

We've had this mailbox for a few months now, it was a HUGE upgrade over the cheap-o one we had before. It's also WAY nicer than all the ones available at our local home centers, especially for the price! It's nice enough that a friend of ours took one look at it and ordered one for themselves too. The lock is definitely a decent quality one as well, good luck to anyone trying to pick it. With mail theft more and more rampant, I'm glad we have this mailbox now!

We love this mailbox. Mail theft is so common in our area, that we decided we needed to replace our old generic box with something that locks. This box doesn't take up a ton of room, but holds a TON. We recently kind of forgot to check the mail for about a week, but the box had plenty of room for everything that was delivered (multiple magazines and mailers included).

This is a very high quality mailbox for the price. I let the box accumulate mail for a few days and received 7 magazines, 3 catalogs, and at least 6 regular envelopes in the box with room to spare. The construction is very sturdy compared to other mailboxes in this category. The top does not lift up and overhangs the front, preventing rain/snow from getting into the box. If the incoming mail delivery door were left open, and any significant water would get in, the water would drain through holes in the bottom. The only feature that could be improved is the outgoing mail flag which sticks on rather than being permanently attached.

Honestly it's overpriced for what it is, and the double sided tape for the top wasn't sticking so the top would keep popping off.

This box is really well built. When I first picked it up, I thought, I might need to get a post since it was so heavy. Anyways, it's a wall mount, so we mounted it, and it feels really secure, not like the cheap tin ones that most are made of. Really happy with the quality and the size.
